    for the firewall adjuster, be sure to remove the rubber goumet at the end of the clutch cable that goes into the firewall.... and you MAY have to sand/grind down the plastic sheathing after you remove the goumet

    If I rememer correctly there are 4 screws on there that use an allen wrench. Just turn the screws till the idle is how you want it. You dont need any instructions.... :shrug:

    I used a wrench till the screws were loose enough to unloosen w/ my fingers.

    No slack in the cable... and the more I screw that nut on it seems like the clutch isnt grabbing. And the more the screw is backed off of the cable the better the clutch grabs.

    Front seal won't pound into timing cover

    When I did mine I had to use a vise and 2 thin (but strong) blocks of wood. And I also had to use some vaseline for it to slide in there just right.

    Get a big flat head screw driver and pry it from the back till it starts to move, then you should be able to pull the rest of it forward w/ your hands. EDIT: Actually your gonna have to pry the bottom sprocket by the timing chain. So place the screwdriver behind the bottom of the timing...
