    My turbostang is ALLLIIIIVVEEE!!!

Just go to a junkyard and pick up a 5.0l upper intake out of a fox car or out of something like a crown vic or something and get the throttle cable and throttle body with it and mount it facing that way. That would be the cheapest.

    Tweecer Guy's... come in

From what I understand, unplugged automatically reverts to position #1. So if you unplug the switch it goes to whatever program is on #1.

    Running Rich - Why?

Maybe check and see if fuel is coming from the vaccum line on the fuel pressure regualtor. I have seen this more than once where the diapragm tears in the regulator and sucks fuel in the vaccum line into the intake causing lower fuel pressure and rich condition. Just a thought.

how much wider are 255s than 245s

Actually 225's are narrower than 245's. And the difference is about 1/2 of an inch.

    8.8 girdle

You have to remove the stock fill plug and fill through the more accessible plug on the cover until it comes out of the stock fill hole. There is no real way to know exactly how much it will take because another feature of a girdle cover is that it adds fluid capacity to let the rear end run cooler.

Car started running hot after my 2400 mile round trip, what can I check?

Your thermostat has probably been stuck open for quite a while and when you went on an extended trip it "unstuck" itself some how and now it is operating correctly. I would say change your thermostat just in case it decides to stick closed.

    shift kit et numbers

Without an aftermarket stall converter I doubt you'll see much of a difference in 1/4 mile et. You will however feel a huge difference in how the car drives. I build transmissions for chevrolet and if I ever owned an automatic a stall converter and shift kit would be my very first mods.

    Off Topic - Diesel

I would advise heavily against it. I work on these type of trucks everyday and they don't make power anywhere close to what they should and the junk stanadyne injection pumps go out continuously. I would try to find a ford truck of comparable year with a 7.3l diesiel if that is what you want. Oh...

Tweecer users - need your help!!

Yeah I don't know a whole lot about doing the timing and fuel tables, but I just happen to know someone with a dynojet and a wideband, so hopefully I can get it right.

Yeah I know Alan pretty well and it will get dyno tuned. I just need a base tune to get it there.

Tweecer users - need your help!!

Well, the only thing is this will be the first fire up of the new motor and I have to break the cam in so I really need it to start and be able to run for a good while with minimal problems.

Tweecer users - need your help!!

Ok, thanks guys. I have the flow sheet for my meter that I entered into caledit and converted it. I already checked it for the 'random zero' and it has none, so I will set my slopes as ya'll said and see how it goes. Thanks for the help.

Will a ram long style pressure plate fit in a stock t-5 bellhousing?

    Oil pressure question

The stock oil pressure gauge in our cars is an on/off switch only. It does not have the ability to differentiate pressure. Chances are your sender is just going through a "change" if you call it. The autometer will tell you the truth.

Roll Cage: Through dash or standard?

If it was me I would get a through the dash type. It looks so much cleaner when installed correctly and you don't hit you knees on the front down bars everytime you get in. It takes a little more effort to install correctly but worth it in the end IMO.

    ABS.... is this normal?

What kind of tires are you running? If there were any type of serious problem with you abs the light would be on. I'm betting your tires/suspension is not up to the task of stopping the car properly. Then again you have a cobra. The stock brakes on a cobra are very, very good. If you really want...

    tremec leaking?

You probably need to use anerobic sealer. It comes in a tube similar to loctite, but it is usually red and 'gel like'. It never hardens like silicone sealers an will stay between the machined surfaces.

It can. The only way to find out is to unbolt the exhaust before the cat and try to start it.
