shift kit et numbers

just about to get a stage 2 shift kit in my slow shifting aode vert. i was just wondering if any of you aode guys had any ideas about how much time should be shed of the 1/4. i know mods matter but were talking ballpark guess's

Without an aftermarket stall converter I doubt you'll see much of a difference in 1/4 mile et. You will however feel a huge difference in how the car drives. I build transmissions for chevrolet and if I ever owned an automatic a stall converter and shift kit would be my very first mods.
