    thanks all for the suggestion, but leaving the rear two bolts out wont hurt anything? It will be so much easier if I am able to leave the bolts out. I have tried notching the consol so I can reach them a little easier, but anyways, will leaving the two bolts out hurt anything? Thanks

    When I bought my 87 gt the guy said the guy he got it from said he had the termec transmission in it, so I trusted him. A couple weeks ago a guy was sitting in it and said I had a t-5. How can I tell? what can I do to see what type of transmission I have. Thanks for any advice Thanks :shrug:

    HATCH WONT CLOSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    For any easy fix I would say just tape it up with electrical tape like what Ourobos suggested. This is what I did and it is perfect.
