    I say 2.5-3" but then when i read stock fender heights peoples replies are all over so it may be less.     Need to replace my timing cover gasket...any gasket recommendations? Tips or tricks for the install?

    I went with the felpro...cleaned everything really well. I picked up a 3m roloc (the white one for aluminum) and hit it with that quickly afterwards to clean up any remaining gasket material. Took it for a quick trip this A.M. about 5 miles...got on it a little a few times...so far so good...

    I cant remember what i had the hi/low fan settings at. I have dual oem fans with a digital dakota controller. On the low setting it runs one fan on high it runs both. What hi on/off temps and lo on/off temps should i run? I have a 180 tstat, Fluidyne, and high volume edelbrock waterpump.

    Well so far so good...got it all together fired it up...let it come to temp so the tstat opened and burped the system just incase any air was trapped. Let it run about 15min and shut it off...Had to head to the gym...came back and so far its dry underneath. Ill be taking out tomorrow or sunday...

    So i pressure tested last night...had a little air leak where my lower rad hose hooks to the waterpump...fixed that and it still was dropping slightly and realized the pressure testing tool has a very small leak so hard to tell if i fully fixed the problem...with the tool leaking a little it...

    I re-tightened all the hose clamps on the rad hoses and tstat housing bypass...i unhooked the overflow tube and put a vac cap on it....i have the heater core and hoses deleted,....i dont understand where it could be...everything was super clean...new felpro gaskets with a thin coating of ultra...

    So i borrowed one of these from my buddy...is there ANY allowable drop after its brought to full vac? My little compressor will only get it to 24lbs..it drops abt 1/2lb per 60 seconds...im assuming i have a leak somewhere?

    A matte clear? Bc/cc? I know satin isnt waxed like a normal gloss CC but they make special pastes etc for satin/matte finish.

    Well hopefully its leak proof...took my time and prepped everthing really well. Once my harmonic balancer gets here i can install it...fill it up...change my oil and test it.
