    lifters turned

    94 gt 302 has anyone had a lifter actually turn sideways and destroy itsself and the cam before? how can they get out of the t bone bracket? i found this on one cylinder in mine. both lifters chewed up on sides and a huge flat spot. and from looking down you can see the cam is shot.

    Smoke at WOT 94 GT 5.0l less than 1000miles on motor moly rings vortech s/c 8lbs new twisted wedge heads cometic mls headgaskets 140psi on all cylinders dry test no smoke on startup or cruising is this normal at wot? what would be the cause of this?

    odd sound from S/C

    ive got a 94 GT vortech sq trim and at idle it has and odd sound almost like a grinding sound but gone when you rev it up alittle. is it supposed to make a nouse such as this at idle? belt is not to tight either and its getting good supply of oil, sorry for no sound clips.

    94 5.0 B303 cam twisted wedge heads with 1.6rr. what length pushrod should i use for this application? i dont have the tool to do this and it sounds like a pain in the ass, so i was hoping someone here would have an anwser.
