    Well, centerforce says that 183-DF161057 has a disc and pressure plate that are for an aftermarket 26-spline transmission, such as the TKO. You say that a 28oz. would be for an aftermarket engine assembly. Would this include Ford's GT-40 crate engine which I plan on getting (M-6007-XE3)?

    Same thing happens to me and I've got a brand new T-5 in there, so I doubt it's tranny related. My friend thinks its normal. He's got a z28 six-speed and it does the same thing, but he'll be replacing the clutch soon so we'll be able to tell if thats the culprit. Let me know if you figure it out...
