    One other possibility is the coolant actually boiling, perculating(sp) in the system I have seen it happen in other applications, then it creates a sound like Mom's old coffee maker which means somewhere in the system it is too hot. coolant strength?, flow? not enough pressure? looking...

    I agree with the tear down and inspect, there must be some damage/ wear going on. i would additionally suggest replacing the pick up tube if you haven't already done so. based on the crud you described in the screen it could well still have some debris lodged in the tube gtss

    The only engine i recall having a spacer between the flywheel and crank is a 4.0 L Explorer engine, did you actually find washers there?? otherwise simply installing the torque converter incorrectly could have jammed and cracked the pump gear gtss

    perhaps I am reading your numbers wrong, but 1/8 " ??? toe on each side, by my math would equal 1/4" total toe in, that sounds quite high to me and excessive toe in can lead to darting and wandering also I forget what mine is set to but a total of 1/8 would probably be more like it gtss

    no you don't have to take the fender off they are a royal pain in the butt, however if you remove the wheel and the inner fender liner you can get at the bolts I just finished doing the drivers hinges on a 95 not much fun hope this helps gtss :canada:

    be careful when checking for power. when the key is cycled to the on postition you will only see power to the pump for a few seconds, or you must be cranking or running to see consisten power at the fuel pump :canada:

    it is possible that it is a fault with your air bag system. the systems are designed so if the warning light is not working then it will sound an audible beep as a warning to the driver that the air bag system is not working hope it helps gtss:canada:

    Exactly what non hardening sealer did you use, I had my windsheild "proffessionally" installed about 2 years ago, and have been fighting with a minor leak ever since. It only leaks in a driving rain which I do try to avoid, but it is still enough to make me crazy. if I can add some sealer now...

    I can't speak from personal experience, but I've heard that "zoop" is great to apply once polished and it keeps the shine for a long time gtss:canada:
