rocker arm ratio

Can anyone confirm for me what my rocker arm ratio is, every book I own either doesn't say at all, or I can only find the spec for newer most often 302's

i have 289 heads, casting number C8OE with the old "rail " type rocker arms
I believe they are 1.6:1 but would like to be sure

The only small blocks with other than 1.6 ratio rockers were the 69-70 Boss 302's and the 90's Cobra 5.0. The Boss had 1.72's, the Cobra roller rockers are 1.7's.
