    well I only counted 2, but I'm pretty sure its in all the way. I kept lifting up and spining it and it would not go in anymore. Plus it hooked up to the flywheel and now everything is spining so I think I'm good.

    I have read of both. The car is an 86 and I am putting the stock converter back in. When I rotate it and push it in is the 2 or 3 clicks? Thanks

    ok thanks for the help. If I leave this bolted up for a few day do you think the front seal will be ok? I will not turn the motor over anymore. I just might not be able to get out to the garage for a few day. How do I know if I damaged the front seal?

    well I finally got it in. It is the same motor I pulled out. Bolted up the bellhousing bolts. I did spin the converter before I installed everthing. It spun and did not push in anymore. So I bolt up the bellhousing, and now when I spin the motor it is bound up. Was I supposed to line up...

    Doing Head gaskets, I need a parts list staying stock

    Im going to do the headgaskets on my 86. the motor is out and is on my engine stand. I need a parts list. I am keeping everything stock. Which headgaskets to buy and which/where to get head bolts. I plan on using the bluefeelpro gaskets for the intake, valve covers etc. Thanks.

    Pulled off lower intake milk in the back 2 ports

    is there any chance this could be the heads gaskets or does it sound more like a intake gasket. Could the head gaskets shrink? To be on both sides I would think that it would be the intake. I just dont want to put it all back together only to have to take it apart again.
