    I think ford sells thermactor plugs for that or just cut them and flip them over and use rtv sealent. worked for so far.

    Also if you free-rev the motor I get no vibration, I only get vibration during acceleration through the mph range, but not decelerating through that range.

    How do these come off, the foxes had screws in them but my 94 dont. I am assuming they use some kinda clips, Can I just use my panel removal tool and pry them up?:)

    There should be a difference between the rad cap temp and the t-stat housing temp. How much timing are you running? Possible water pump going bad( maybe).
