    Inside of intake yellow?

    Im assuming its simply because of the gas...But after having it on a year i took it out while swaping heads and cleaned it. It was barely noticable but about nine months later it was way brighter. Just figured id ask to make sure it wasnt a sign my carb was leaking or something.

    While i had my 600cfm edelbrock carb of my performer intake i noticed the inside of my intake was yellow. Car seems to run fine. What would cause this? Good or Bad? Thanks.

    Should be a normal cap? You have the bottom part of the cap snaped to the dizzy and are trying to snap the cap to that piece right?

    I have no probs with leake either....Anyways i dont see why it wouldnt open. Another cool thing i didnt know about until the painter showed me was that the whole glass can be removed from the car. Had he not showed me that i would prolly still not know that lol.

    Still in. Which bushing should i check/possibly change? Im sure it needs to be done since they are all very old.

    thanks this far. anyone else? I have done many things to my car but never the joints....expensive to have done? what do you mean by the tie rod ends? do they need lubed also?

    If i push down on the drivers side front the car makes a loud creakin noise in that are and i can also hear it slightly over my exhause when driving and i hit bumps. What would cause this? Struts and springs are only a year old. Possible the strut is going bad?

    So who here knows why gas is so much more in oregon and so much cheaper in other states like sub 1.70? Its over 2.30 for reg in my town and going up a nickel a day. And yes i know cali is doing worse then us.
