    What should my engine temp and oil pressure be?

    My car was getting hot at Idle only and when cruising around it was at 180 degrees. I added a shroud and a new Fan and for me it was a waist of time. It just prolonged the problem. I going with a electric fan.

    Fan Shroud Question?

    I installed the shroud and a spacer to put the fan a little more closer to the radiator and it just prolonged the high temps a little longer. Im thinking Electric Fans now. Thanks Again

    Thanks for the info Lman. So the fan should be 3" from the radiator and Im not clear on the 1/2". Should the fan be centered in the shroud and 3 inchs from radiator?

    Frustrating cooling / Engine issues

    I had my stang out this weekend and I went thru the drive thru and my temp was up to 215 and climbing. I pulled over and shut down. The when I tried to restart it started hard. I thought boiling point was at 212 degrees? Should I be worried about this or add a electric fan? Thanks
