    Ya the pin is still in there I think maybe those cheap metal clips that hook to the brake pads for spacing could be the culprit, poor design!

    I have had two supercharged 5.0's and the best plug by far is the NGK UR5 that is one heat range colder than stock and I noticed instantly more power with the NGK's than with autolite. Granted a little rice but hey the plugs work great! :D

    With a 180 thermostat in the car the needle is reading in the middle or a little above whether it is cold or warm out and this is the same reading I had with a 195 stock thermostat.     Ok, on my 95 vert 5 speed I put in a set of FMS 42# injectors, a lightning 90mm MAF with adapter harness, a cold air intake, and 70mm throttle body. Car is running like crap now, it stumbles, pings when you barely push on the gas! Do I need a tune? Thanks

    My 95 GT Vert, when accellerating about 1/4 throttle around 2500 or 2700 it will feel like somone is lightly pressed on the brakes or the timing was just immediately retarded. Does anyone know what this is?

    I appreciate everyones post on the problem but how exactly do I go about altering the spark retard or tip in values on the pcm. If I get a diablo chip or SCT Superchip would this allow me to change the values to decrease the retard or eliminate it? Thanks, and I bow to your knowledge.
