    Help with maf conversion.

I have heard that the A9P has more aggressive fuel curves, but I have also read about people on here that have used both only with 5 speed cars and did not gain a thing. If you have a stick you can go either way and be fine. Auto is A9P only.

Master Cylinder need some help ASAP!!!!

There should be no need for you to go to a Cobra MC unless you put disc brakes in the rear. Ditch the drums, then replace the MC.

Master Cylinder need some help ASAP!!!!

I am pretty sure you need a 3-2 port conversion. My 86 already has a 2 port and the 3 port that is in the 87-93's is the part you have to bypass.

5 lug conversion brake line questions. please help.

I have a 5 lug conversion done to my 86 Mustang using 96 spindles and 99 front calipers. Like a dumbass, when I went to order stainless lines for my car, I said I have an 86 so not even thinking about it, I went to hook them up and of course they didn’t fit. So now I am stuck in a dilemma. I...

Rear Diff: One Wheel Wonder. Need To Fix. Opinions?

Just as the title states, I only have a one wheel wonder and the passenger side is the only on that spins and it is killing my times at the autocross track. I was told I need clutch packs to get them both spinning. I was looking at other alternatives. Like the Auburn or Eaton or Torsion...

KYB Users... and anyone who knows suspension.

For a good replacement, KYB is a good way to go. For racing? They suck. I have had two sets of KYB’s. One for my 86 put 2500 miles on them, then one for my 86 again when I did a 5 lug convo put 1500 miles on them because I was broke fom all of the stuff bought for the 5 lug convo, and then I...

How Do I Clean The MAF?

I know that this topic has been covered here many times, and I cannot seem to find one using the search function. I need to know how to clean the MAF. I know people will say to use a q tip, but I hear this is the worst way to do it because you might break a wire. I know there is some sort of...

    Lower control arm Bolts?

I matched them up with grade 8 ones at the local hardwre store. I replaced all of my bolts for the upper and lower arms for around 14 bucks.

Help me install upper and lower control arms.

Nope you do not have to remove the exhaust. I replaced all of my bushings in the rear and did not remove a thing. Do it on a lift if you can. Unbolt the shocks and put a tranny jack under the rear end then lower the lower part of the LCA's and the springs will not shoot out. There will be...

I am going to be installing my Griggs panhard bar tomorrow. I was told by the guys at Griggs that they do all of their bars on lifts. Anyone ever do their bar on a lift? Do you have any tips of what to do? Here's what they said to do. Jack until I hit the bump stops. (what are the...

Need To Dump My Mufflers. Help Me With Sizes.

I am installing my panhard bar this weekend. I cannot run tail pipes at all with the bar, so I am dumping my mufflers. I have tail pipes and I see that you can simply unbolt them after the muffler and slip the pipes off. Is it wise to get turn downs? I am running flowmasters 2/1/2 3 chamber...

    Boxing The Front Control Arms

I was running the stock ball joints for a 79-93 and I did a 5 lug conversion. I am not sure what new ball joints on those years feel like but the Cobra's are shorter to accomodate the 94-98 spindles. I did run poly's in the front as well. They were a huge pain to get out. I used a torch to...

    Boxing The Front Control Arms

The car is much more responsive. There is little road noise and I get no squeaking. Big thing is though that the ride is rough now. Nothing too bad, but if I get caught going over a bumpy road, it makes me sea sick because of all of the bouncing. At the auto x course it handles much better...
