    connecting rod knocking!?

    Won't be cheap, may need to clean the crank, the mounting surface for the bearing, and all those bolts there are TTY (they HAVE to be replaced)...There are two bolts in the top of each cap and two that go into the sides of each cap....

    Car was running bad so I pulled the valve covers off and one of my rockers was just sitting there on the bottom of the head??? They said I don't, but do I possibly need to shim my HP blower cams??? This is the second time this happened.....Should the rockers have a bit of play when they are on...

    Look at the two pics...both intakes come down the same length below the mounting flanges...Won't work man!!!

    False!! Actually all you have to do is put the PI intake on the non-pi heads with the non-pi gaskets and no probs....

    I have two gt's, and left that top bolt out of the starter on both...had the one for 4 years no probs....

    I have the motor ready to pull, where should I bolt that chain to that is safe?? I pulled my other one from where the bell housing bolts and the alternator...I am pulling this one with the trans connected and I am not sure where to pull from...Can't do the exhaust manifolds cause the pressure...

    Who has some decent time on their motors after painting either of these two parts with them still looking good?? What kind of paint did you use?? How did you prep the intake manifold or timing chain cover for paint?? Any pics??

    Why hasn't anyone made adapter plates to mount the cobra intake maniold to the GT heads?? i mean, then we little 16 valvers could put the 03 cobra blower on really easily...

    How would a set of 2001 cobra rods do with some forged pistons...I have a set and thought of using those....
