Anybody paint manifold or timing cover??

Who has some decent time on their motors after painting either of these two parts with them still looking good?? What kind of paint did you use?? How did you prep the intake manifold or timing chain cover for paint?? Any pics??

I did my PI intake with high temp Cast Silver engine paint. I degreased the intake, used med then fine sand paper to take off and rough edges and such then I primed with plastic primer and them painted. Looks awesome and everyone asks where in the hell did I get an aluminum intake, lol.

That is pretty ba-dazz...I was thinking about ford blue, but I like that silver...
