    I don't think it would cause it to miss, I've been running a bad evp code for a while, and my car seems to run ok. I don't know what 174 is, but maybe clean the maf? I don't know if the problem is chip related, but maybe take that off and see if anything changes.

    same here, I take the tube that goes from the egr to the headers off, and take some of those smog hoses off. Usually makes it easier, and not to hard to take off. Good luck.

    Is it common to have to cut the discharge tube to fit? Mine looks like its just to long. It doesn't seem like it wants to fit in between the t/b and supercharger even without the rubber hose fittings.     I guess its just in the northern area, I called Blue Oval in Vancover, they quoted me 600.00 for the tune w/everything. I guess I'm gonna have to go a little south to get a deal, but they are kind of far, like 3 hours away.

    Thanks, I'll see how far those other places are. Originally, they said 75 for 2 pulls, just measuring air/fuel. That seemed about right, but the 1100-1200 to tune was just to much.
