    Questions about tire/rim size and suspension

    I had 17x9 on the back of my 88 lx with 275/40 on them and i had to take the quad shock off and beat the inner wheel well in a little bit.Up front i had 17x8 with 245/45 and i had a rubbing problem there.     Cutting stock springs?

    I want to lower my 93 gt and was going to buy springs but somebody told me that you could cut a coil off the stock springs and lower the car about an inch. Has any one done this or heard about it being doneand what where there results. How was the ride compared to putting in lowering springs.

    Im converting my 1993 gt to 5 lug. There are different kits out there but which one is the best one? Ive been told that some kits arent as good as others. So any suggestions on which kits are better? Thank you

    Cobra anniversary on 93 gt

    I am doing the 5 lug conversion and are going to put the anniversary cobra wheels on it.I have seen it done in pictures but was wondering if there is any thing else i need to do to fit the wheels. If any one has done this or knows any one who hes let me know. Thank you :shrug:

    Tire size help

    I have a 1993 mustang gt i just bought i am thinking about putting 18 inch wheels on it but i am unsure about tire size. I am looking at wheels that are 18x8 for the front and 18x9 for the rear. I would like to put as wide of a tire on the back as possible. Does any one have any suggestions.Thanks

    Im putting welds on my mustang and i am un sure of the tire size when using the 3 1/2 wide welds on the front Also what drag radials are the best Ive heard alot about the nitto but some body told me mickey thompson came out with one any suggestions?

    my car is converted to carb and i on;ly run 61/2 fuel presure i have the holley red pump and holley regulator with 1/2 fuel line and have never had any problems also put a sump in the tank
