    thanks for the reply. The thumper cams and hotrod cams wouldn't happen, at least not for me. I don't like how they sound. I have seen a few videos with the Comp NSR stage 1 & 2's I think if you set the idle at about 750-800 in the tune it would make the cam less noticeable.

    Code 94/44 AGAIN!

    The 44 and94 are a very commen problem. The carbon build up in that cross over can get hard as a rock. Last time I cleaned one I started with a punch and a hammer then started spaying stuff in to let it soak.

    EGR KOER code 33

    I know that this code means that the computer is not seeing the valve open. I have a new valve and sensor cause the old valve was blown out. The sensor was just for good messure but I get the same error with the old sensor as well so I think it can be ruled out as being the cause of the error...

    Need help with filling up.

    This this was dragged back up last week I thought I would add to it. The 05 my nephew got a little over a month ago has this issue. I guess the original owner never took it in for the tsb. Talked to a Ford dealer.. $1000 to replace the tank, parts and labor. Not going to happen.
