    upon further research... It appears the Power Steering system uses Mercon ATF not type F as I stated previously... :D

    Would somone describe to me which line is the High pressure line and which is the return or low side?? From the rack, one goes up to the pump and one goes to the cooler in the front ... My manual doesn't give the routing...

    Just about to put in a new steering rack and the instructions say to put a filter in the return line, just before the pump. anyone have any experience with this?? How important is it? I hate to break loose the fittings at the pump if I don't have to.

    Well, the further I get into this Steering / Suspension bit, the more I replace... After pulling the boots off the rack and getting the inner TRods out with about a half quart of ATF... Off I go to Advance Auto and see a whole rack for $120!! Are you kidding me! I'm taking the inners back...
