    If your getting the heads cheap,you might want to send them out to Thumper or someone to get them freshened up.Myself,I would keep the stock cam,unless your getting a gear too.I liked the stock cam with 1.7 RR in my car.sometimes I wish I still had it in.

    noise

    Anyone else out there have loud injectors?Been thinking my rockers have been ticking especially as the engine is idleing down after revving.Used a long screwdriver to verify where the noise was coming from.Or is this normal?

    think the springs were good to .650,never messed with the timing or any thing,still set at 10 btdc,gonna look into the valve cover think,checked clearance with a dial indicator and was ok,yes they are stock pistons

    I 've thought that it was wierd that they were louder than the non rollers,guess I should get a push rod length checker n see if thats the problem.Would/could a cam change mess with the pushrod length?
