    Ha Ha Ha so she purrs like a kitten. a guy from work walked right up and stuck his finger in a 3/8" hole I forgot to plug. It was in the manifold right below the carb. Oops :lol: :damnit: :hail2:

    Yes I did install it, I did use RTV on the ends. I just tried spraying pen-oil on on all poss leaks. How do I know if the vaccume deal on my dist is still good?? :bang:

    rebuild holley or not??

    I have a holley 4 barrel I bought off ebay "works great, very nice".... learned my lesson! :fuss: It seems to have a bent throttle plate as it will only idle fast and you can't slow it down and I had a mechanic work on it for me still no dice. Is it worth having this thing totally...

    Is this a problem?

    Took it all back off and put more RTV on it and another set of new gaskets as the others riped on removal. So hopefully It will run well after the RTV dries...... by the way how long does that take?

    Hungrymonkey and I got my intake and 4bbl on the 66. It still needs work, but man did that make a huge difference, it sounds like it has huge balls and the force out the tail pipe is 10 times better. On that note I do have to take the intake back off as the rear did not seal I didn't put...

    ya I am just trying to make sure that that 1/8" gap is ok.......if it is I think I will goopit up with some more RTV to make sure there will be no pin holes

    A friend and I installed my intake yesterday and we didn't use any gasket in the front or rear. It seems as the front is not seating all the way down to the block, it looks as if there is a 1/8" gap between the intake and block, it is filled with RTV but wil lthis be a problem / Has anyone else...
