    My chevy used to make a clunking noise and idle to near idle rpms. One day car wouldnt start, engine wasnt turning over but the flywheel was turning. Found out that the flywheel broke away from the engine. You might have to look into that.

    I'm getting a set of 1.7 rockers for free. Wondering what is a good cam with a good amount of lope to use with these rockers? The engine is a 79 302 rebuilt with 40k on the engine. Also have a Holley carb and performer intake. Also might be selling them if anybody is interested.

    Yeh after looking over my shock towers, they are leaning in soo much that the export brace had to be bend severely to get them to fit. So after looking at that, might go with the mustang II front end conversion. you'll see in the pics when I get someone to host them.

    lol yeh I know shock towers are pretty cheap but putting them in is where the cost add's up FAST.

    lol my car is a basket case. I have the cracked A- frame and bad shock towers. I don't have the engine out of the car yet so I dont know how bad the shock towers are.
