Good Idea or bad Idea F-150 2v heads

OH one more thing budget is a huge deal so I cant afford to get some PI heads. Also I'm assuming the timing cover has to come of and that timing chain system on the mustangs looks pretty intimidating to take off and get it back right again. How hard is this to do. I just graduated automotive...

Good Idea or bad Idea F-150 2v heads

Ok, since Im in the middle of doing my PI intake swap maybe I would put on a set of 2v F-150 heads that are from a 2000 truck. Theyve been sitting around for a while and I have no idea what to do with them. They also have the cams in them. So are these things better than the NPI heads that I...

    PI intake installation

No, I havent done the heads yet. I figured if i'm going to do heads I will get some CNC'd aftermarket heads like from patirot or livernois. What company has the best heads for a street car looking for optimum performance for about 1200 dollars. It will take awhile to save up for that though, but...

is this true fuel regulator myth

I heard from a friend that if you buy an adjustable fuel regulator that you can acually get 21#'s out of the stock 19# injectors. True or BS? Also what is the point of an AFPR for and NA car, will it help you gain power? It seems like a decently cheap mod. Or are they just for forced...

    question about mass air sensors

well, i was just going to keep the metering module from the stock one. I have cut out the bar in the middle and grinded it down some with the stock unit and it looks like it would flow pretty well. But if stepping up to the 90mm isnt going to help, than i'll just keep the stocker. Thanks, guys!!!

    question about mass air sensors

Ok so I was planing on getting a mass air meter for my car. I will continue to use the stock 19# injectors. So I was thinking about getting the 90 mm lightning mas air meter and just use my 19# electric module with the 90mm housing. Will that work? I really hope so. I'll just ditch the 42#...

clearance issues with strut tower brace

Hey guys, my factory strut tower brace will not clear the intake tube after installing professional products' plenum and throttle body. I guess it's because it raises it up a little. Anyway is there a aftermarket brace that will fit?
