I always smooth the backside of all the welds and smooth the inner fenders. On this one I am also plating and smoothing the bottom of the frame rails as well

I have to ask, what would you charge to do a paint/restore job like that ?
The man hours must be off the charts but would be well worth the money !!

Let me put my limited knowledge to work here and base my guess on a paint job (actually this would be a resoration) done like the ones in his thread:
Cost without replacement parts $40.000

Speaking of a lot of hours...

Time to address the bottom of the car. Sanded, epoxy primer, sanded black base coat and finally 5 coats of clear to lock it down
