Quick question regarding the fenders. My driver side fender was replaced and poorly painted at some point, (has rain drops and a big touch up area). A guy local to me has a ford fender for $40 with good paint and it’s straight. Would you recommend going through the effort of switching fenders out, or just painting the one on the car?

I’d replace it. Takes like 10 min to pull the bumper, crash bar and fender. Did they even replace with a ford fender or aftermarket? Either way. Use the good clean factory fender every time

The fender on my car is aftermarket. Doesn’t have the ford stamp. I will definitely replace it then, didn’t know it would be so quick. The crash bar has to come out? Or just the bumper

Yes. Front bumper, crash bar, header panel, and then fender. Not a big deal to pop them out and replace. You will need to align the a replacement to the door and hood.

I would have to see it in person but I think I could live with it if you painted it.
You and @Davedacarpainter have MAD paint skills. (I know it's what's underneath that counts alot!!)
Yep. Luckily it’s the first base in the tri stage color. The Candy Coat makes it. Then a few coats of clear
