Has anyone possibly had this problem before? 2001 Ranger 4x4 4.0l sohc. Vehicle has hard cold start, then idles at 2000 for a few. Classic symptom of air leak past the maf sensor. Runs better with maf disconnected. has been replaced and then swapped with known good part, still hesitates or falls on its face on acell bad. Tp has been replaced twice. and also swapped with used known good part. New reman engine installed. The guy said he had this problem previously, The long block was replaced because it sucked a intake valve on cyl 5. I have checked the intake manifold for leaks, ok, and had it off. looks good. Vehicle in SLC metro. The baro pid reads 150 hz. my ngs is having issues and I cannot run freeze frame data. I have reset the kam memory using the ngs and still runs like puke. Do any of you smart individuals have any ideas? Thanks
