Whats a good price for a Harley truck with 96k miles? Im looking to buy one, and the least they will take is 12500. Great condition, 1 owner and bone stock.

12500 is right in line with Kelley Blue Book. So they are not screwing you with that price IMO.

That being said... its not a very good time to be selling a 12mpg, 2wd pickup truck. I'd think you could work them down a little.

Are you financing or do you have cash? Trading something else in? Down payment size? These all impact your bargaining position.
