Hey guys just recently my car has started making this squeaking noise from what sounds like right underneath me. it and does is when the car is rolling. based on the location of the sound its sounds like it could either be the transmission making the noise or the drive shaft. lemme know yalls thoughts on the situation.

If its a stick its likely to be your throwout bearing. It could also be an idler pulley. Is the sound dependent on wheel speed or engine speed? Maybe you have mice in your car...

its more along the lines of wheel speed. it does it in gear but also out of gear like yesterday i was rolling down a hill to a stop sign and it started squeaking. after the cars been drivin for about 10 or 15 minutes its fine its just the initial start.

Could be many things but probably a wheel bearing. Check wheel bearings.

Maybe tie rod ends or ball joints. Does the squeek change when you turn left or right?
