BAD 02 Sensor

I Recently Got An Of Road X Pipe Installed, Which Made My 02 Sensor Go Off. Its The One Thats In Front Of The Header On The Drivers Side. Know When I First Got The Pipe Installed The Shop Didnt Hook It Up Right It Leaked At The Header Connection. At First I Thought That Mught Of Made My 02 Go Bad. I Hade The Shop Fix The Leak, And I Replaced The 02. It Stayed Off For 60 Miles And Kicked Back On. Can Any One Help Me. Cant Figure Out Whats Up. The Code It Threw Was P0153 Obdii

PO153 is a code for a lazy O2 sensor, get a new one from Ford and be done wth it.

If the o2 sensor was a Ford brand, I'd recommend re-checking the whole thing for exhaust leaks.

Did you reset the ecu? Disconnect the negative terminal for about 15 minutes and reconnect it.

the 02 that i bought is from auto zone.
i did reset the ecu by taking the negative terminal off the battery.
it still kicked on the o2 is made by bosch (dont know if that is how u spell it)
the guy at ford told me to switch the o2's around and see waht happens
i have mil's pluged in to the back sensors.

well there is your first problem, buying the O2 from a parts store. eventhough the Ford ones are made by Bosch, there made to tighter specs. the Bosch O2 you bought might fit Toyotas, Mopars, GM products and any other type of car. thats why when it comes to sensitive electronic stuff, go wth the factory/oem stuff as it made to work wthin Fords parameters not the whole aftermarket.

Actually Bosch makes the Motorcraft 02 sensors, but the sensors they make for Motorcraft are made to Ford standards not industry.
