02 sensor's by-pass

I see they sell a device to hook to the 02 sensors plugs tricking the system to thinking all is well , seems I see its only for 1996 and up . I have 1990 5.0 , have any of you guys tried these things & do they make them for the early 5.0 ? thanks ......................................Johnny

They are not for your model car. No O2 sensors mean that the computer cannot regulate the fuel/air mixture for best performance/economy.

Here's a book that will get you started with how the Ford electronic engine control or "computer" works.
