02 sensors?

with out the 02 sensors pluged what should I expect? Bad idle- rough revs?

poor fuel economy, loss of performance, a bit of a high idle, etc.

Is there a particular reason you don't want them plugged in? I know back in the day when some people ran blowers they would take them out (they're not used at WOT), but that was before good tuning and tuning parts were as readily available as they are today.
