I have a 03' Cobra with 17,500 miles on it. It's basically been stored for the past 3 years. I got it out, cleaned it up and let it run while i was washing it. When i got back in, temp gauge showed hot, and it was hot in the cab. Coolant is full. This a thermostat sticking? or what else should i look for?

Any recent modifications before putting it away for storage or did you drain/refill the cooling system before putting it away in storage ? It's possible you could have a sticking/bad t-stat. Has it been sitting the past 3 years without being started up on a semi-regular basis ?

Have you run a cooling system pressure test ?

BTW - If you are draining coolant and refilling the cooling system, make sure you refill the 4v cooling system properly (there is a certain procedure to follow - always refill at the coolant crossover tube, via removing that 1/4 plug right in front of the alternator - run a search for further info on it btw).

G'luck.
