This saturday my 03 is going on the dyno. Any tricks to get good #'s? All the mod's that are done is a k&n filter and the mufflers replaced with magnaflow 4" round. Not alot of $$$$ for mods at this time. What kinda numbers would I be looking at for rwhp?

I agree with UM. Also, I never try to ice or cool off my car when arriving. I'm looking for more real world numbers right off the street. If you're looking for bragging rights, then let the car cool for a while, maybe trying ice on the blower to help cool it between runs.

If you want real world numbers you need to drive the car right off the street and onto the rollers. No cool down, no ice, no tricks. You need to establish a real base line, not an inflated one.

Exactly! What I just said...I mean what UM just said  Dyno numbers are just numbers on paper while track numbers are where the bragging rights are. Damn I need some track times :nonono:

Holy crap!

I have them........I just forgot all about it.
I've been doing all the gas AND diesel stuff (lost a guy) and I forgot to send you dyno sheets.

Call me at work tomorrow and I will e-mail you all of the runs with data.

How's the beast runnin? Going for a pulley soon?
Remember that when you do this, I'll have to re-tune.

Just got back from the dyno! I wasn't expecting much hp gain before I went. When they told me what I pulled. I about crapped myself. 400.8hp/372.7tq. All I did was cut out the stock mufflers and replaced them with magnapack mufflers and put a BBK CAI on. Not Bad HP for $550.00.
