03 Cobra rear wheels

Can anybody tell me what the widest rear tire is that will fit my 03 cobra. Also what offset would I need on the wheel if I was to use a fat tire?
I would like to go up to up to 18" in the rear aswell- is this common or would you advise against this.

I have AFS 10.5"/17 Stock lookalikes on the rear with 315/35/17 BFGoodrich KD's

Had to shave half of the top IRS Bolt and add a 5/16" spacer for clearance.

Love the look.

Wider is better
