03 Cobra Spoiler Questions (Holes/Wiring/Light)

I bought this off of classifieds. I'm having it painted to match my car tomorrow, and mounted probably Friday. I just need to know If the shop needs to make a separate hole for the wire connected to the rubber piece I have circled below.

I've gotten quotes to replace that brake light of 100 bucks (since this one is cracked).. Does that sound right?

Also, before you guys start dishing it out, I went wingless and put painted plugs in my GT trunk, and am aware that the back two plugs will be visible being that the 03 Cobra wing only covers the front two.

Just remove your 3rd brake light for a place for the wire to go through. That's what I did for my saleen wing and you could get a few bucks for it.

I did this, except I traded decklids with a v6 guy so I dont have to worry about the stock spoiler holes showing.

Yeah I got lucky. I found a black v6 and a black cobra spoiler. Only took about a year from the time I wanted it until I was able to do it.
