yea thanks guys, im not looking for chrome, I want black or, silver to paint black. You cant paint over chrome can you?

isnt "chrome" just polished aluminum. or is there actually a chrome coating??
if its just alum, clean and paint it, if it has a coating, sand or get it off somehow and paint it.

No, chrome is an actual coating. You could just sand it to rough it up for paint though. Or sandblast it if you have access to a blaster. I could've sworn I've seen black '03 Cobras in 4 lug, but I can't find them now that I need to.

Dude, I REALLY need them in black, I dont want to have to buy the silver to paint them black, ill save alot of money and time if I can find them in black, anyone else know where I can find them in black?

I dont know where you can find them in that finish but maybe ebay.

On another note one of my biggest pet peeves is when someone posts a thread and gets 1000 of the same responses that do not apply!

I got a set of 4 lug o3 cobra replicas a few months ago, and I am having them powdercoated black. it only costs 40 per rim, and I think it will look great.
