2003 Mustang GT 5 speed (3.90's, flows, intake, shortshifter)

2004 Infinity G35 Coupe auto (stock)

2002-2003? WRX 5 speed (unbolted muffs) the one with the small hood scoop

What is your take, let you know the outcome tom... i am computer generating the race...

SHould beat both. The WRX will be a closer race.

Auto G35's don't have the same bite as the 6-spds. 20HP diff between the auto and 6-=spd

That plus IIRC they are heavier than its 350Z cousin, which are known to be 14 flat +/- a couple of 1/10th cars with a manual trans.

Well...

Race from Stop:

GT vs G35 = GT by 2-3 cars @ 80 and walking away

GT vs WRX(no launch)= GT by 3 cars @ 80 and walking away
GT vs WRX(with launch)= GT passes WRX @ 60 and walks away

G35 vs WRX(no launch) = G35 by half car @ 75 and inching away
G35 vs WRX(with launch) = WRX by 1 car @ 80 losing ground ever so slowly

Race from roll:

GT vs G35 = 25mph roll - GT walks away car and a half @ 80

GT vs WRX = 15mph roll - GT walks away 3 cars @ 100

G35 vs WRX = 30mph roll - dead even with G35 inching away

I wonder If we will ever see the rumored 450z and g45.....Those would be a good match for the s197's

Agreed you should beat all of them in a race.
The Infinity G35 is heavier and slower than the
Nissan 350Z.Going with no mufflers on the Subaru
WRX isn't going to help anything other than make it
louder.Just make sure the other cars don't have any
other upgrades before the race.

ya you should walk them both, i walk stock WRX's all the time in my 98 5spd and its stock except for exhaust....
