03 Mustang Tire Fitment

I bought new rims and tires for my car for $1,200 (Hyundai Tiburon). They fit and everything, but the wheels were heavily rubbing. I tried to get them returned or exchanged from the place I bought them from but they refused.

Rim Description:
17x9 STR908 5x4.5 Gloss Black 25mm
Tire Description:
225/45/17 Radar Dimax R8 94W

My friend, who owns a 2003 Mustang wants to buy them for $800. But I don't want to sell them to him unless I know they will fit.
He has everything stock suspension-wise and wheel-wise. Will the dimensions posted above fit his with no rubbing?

This will give the specs for stock wheels, I try out a wheel front and back before I buy anything unusual(ask me why lol).
