03 vert 460

Should I even be posting this here?
I looked through the forums and didnt find anything that fit.

I have a 03 convertible with a v6 in it, I also have a 79 Ford F-150 with a 460 in it. I was thinking of dropping the 460 engine, C6 tranny and the 9 inch rearend into the mustang.
The car is still under waranty so I will not be doing any of this until the waranty is past, About a year.
But in the mean time I want to build the 460, check out the C6 tranny, have the 9" rear shortened from the truck and have everything ready for the mod.
Any suggestions for the engine, body and suspension modifications that I will need to make?
I have a little experience in building cars but nothing this radical, I put a pro-shop built 350 in a TA, a home built 351C in a 72 Gran Torino messed with differential gears and rebuilt a manual transmission once. Many carb rebuilds and basic maint stuff.

Ideas suggestions?

Hood clearence may be an issue, look at a hood with a larger cowl, like cervinis 3.5" cowl. Plus will it fit in the engine bay??

I think the torque will definately be an issue, these cars are not built like the cars of old. chassis stiffening is a must. Beffier springs in the front to deal with the heavier engine, tub out the wheel wells most likely. how this will all be done I don't really know as I have never done it, but I think you have a project and a half on your hands.
