i recently bought an 04 cobra ive had it about 2 weeks any the car bucks and boggs at speed under a load. i can be in 6 gear and try to accelerate and the car bucks it acts like its in to high of a gear or something and i need to down shif but under normal acceleration i should not have to. not sure what to do the car is stock no mods 18000 miles.

Bone stock? Did you purchase it from a private seller of from a dealer and/or lot? From the symptoms you state it sounds a lot like a bad FRPS.
