04 lightning to run mid to high 12s, whats it take?

Will a 6lb upper pulley and Diablo dynoed custom chip and cold air do it? will I lose dependability and driveability? What is stock quarter mile? 13.8 maybe? 8.80 eigth maybe? I will run mine this weekend in the eigth and see what it does stock. Only 400 miles on it now though. It is getting faster every mile. Feels pretty strong.
