Im an 04 guy myself. Just curious about the new 05, they're starten to grow on me. What kinda time they run stock on the 1/8 mile track??? I"ve only had one run in with one and he missed 2nd gear but then wouldnt race me anymore

I've only been to the track once so far, and I'm sure I could get it a bit lower, but here ya go:

Best 1/8 mile - 9.345 @ 77.70 MPH

My stang is bone stock. I'm sure with a little more practice (and getting rid of the damn wheel hop ), I could get it into the 8's.

I took mine out to Jax Raceways and I did a 9.3. But I saw a guy with one before I got mine and he did a 8.5. I don't know if he did somethings to it but it was right when they came out.

I ran an 8.84 but I can't recall the MPH.

ill be at the track again tomorrow for 2nd try before the installation of my jlt kit

Bryan, is the car still stock? And what's its run(1/4 mile) to date? Just curious. You can PM me if you'd prefer. That way we won't hi-jack the thread.

EDIT: Nevermind the stock question, as I saw your other post. What'd it end up running whith no mods?
