Is anyone running a 1" Phenolic spacer with a Trickflow manifold and a vortech. Does all the piping line up from the manifold to the supercharger. If it didnt how did you fix this problem.

I would bet money that it would fit. I know of people running 3/8" with room to spare. The couplers they give in the kit leave a lot of room to move around.

Running a 3/8 on my car (ported Cobra) and it is aok.

Im thinking of running the 1" spacer with the Trick Flow R intake that I want to get this spring. This would be on a N/A combo

I don't think that the spacer would gain you any noticable horse power. Im doing it to clear my valve covers and breathers.

It doesn't hurt to put a 1in spacer. And I think it looks great with the upper manifold sitting higher.

I don't know about anybody else's, but it doesn't keep my Street Heat Intake any cooler. It does make the VC clearance less of an issue, and it is kind of cool to drive the car without a hood and be able to see two-thirds of the intake up in the air.

It only keeps it cooler if you have the egr blocked at the heads.
