10.5's on rear?

Hello, ive asked this quetion before but couldnt find thread. What would I need to do to get 10.5'' wheels with 315's on the rear of a 66 fastback, and 9'' in the front, thanks.

Car is taken apart so anything that needs to be changed can

I think you'd need to install fender flares
or
move leaf springs to inside of frame
or
Tub it

that's a lotta meat for that chassis.

yeah,its not gonna happen,my 275's are a squeeze in there now.

It will take money and/or welding/body work skills and 1 or more of the following:

4 link suspension or relocate the springs inboard of frame rails, shock relocations, gas tank position changing, exhaust re-rerouting, rear shortening, fender flares

Actually....265 40 17 is the most I would say is not a problem with stock rear, stock drums, and flattened fender lips.

But that's just me.

As for the front 8 is what I say there.

You either need to flare it or tub it, or both. I Went with the flare route. I might be able to squeeze in 315's, 275's currently.
