Does anyone have a spare 10 hole that's not attached to a car? Also can that someone put the wheel on a scale to see how much the stock 10 hole weighs? Thank you very much...

I know the pony wheel with 245's weigh 47.3lbs I have spare time so I weigh car parts lol I put a list on here somewhere a search would find it. But I'm trying to see if I want to get rid of the pony wheels for some nice 10 holes... I'd like some pro-stars but I don't want to do a 5 lug swap. And the streets in my area would kill weld draglites pretty quick...

thanks

If you don't have an answer by Friday, pm me and I'll weigh one for you. I only have bathroom scales, but i'll give it a shot if you need the # still.

If you were closer, I'd be more than happy to just trade ya' my 10-holes for your Ponies. Afraid I don't have any extras lying around unmounted, however...

I've got an extra one, tire mounted, sitting right outside my house. Unfortunately I don't have a scale!

Wow, we're a whole ton of help.

Do you want the weight of the wheel only? Or wheel and tire?

I could give you a very approximate wt. for wheel and tire...

If you've got a bathroom scale, just use that. Weigh yourself as-is, then weigh yourself while holding the wheel, subtract the difference, and presto! That's how I figured up how I hacked 100 lbs. of dead weight out of my car for free (looked goofy with me standing on a bathroom scale in the driveway, but oh well).

I've just weighed a 10 hole wheel with a "SLX 5000 radial g/t" 235/60/15 tyre and it came to 56lbs. Cheap crappy scales, but close enough.
