11s or 10s with this setup?

tublar kmember
slicks
drag springs
TFS topend kit
Vortech SC

.. thats jus the basics do u guys have any other ideas.. also what other suspension mods r needed.. but to still keep it a street/strip

What's done to your engine? Your gonna need at minimum a nice H/C/I setup if you want to run 11s. It's great to have a goal though, so set yourself one and stick to it

rite now the engine is stock with basic boltons full exhaust, maf, tb and some more...after the hci there will be a vortech strim on it if that helps on it at all..


Hey dagger what do you run with the KB wondering if that will be a better place to go considering the car is a street/strip.. also why does the kb make so much tq?

it is twin screw style, they are notorious for making gobs of lowend torque,

I hope you go easy 11s on a tire. I should have some boost on my E7 stock cam combo, and am looking to go deep 11s with some hook!

I would think 11's might be a possibility if you can keep traction or not snap an axel, I think you would more then likely blow your bottom end out looking for 10's.

Heads, cam, intake, all the bolt ons and boost, you guys dont think easily into the 11s on a tire? If you cant run that then you need to give the car to someone else, in my eyes.

im 11.3 at 122 on 6 psi, 119k e cam, unported e7's,
in 90 degree weather, now i installed methenal injection, and a bigger tb, and a few other things,finaly a decent suspension, and picked up 50 hp, at the wheels, ill be in the mid 10's, by the end of the sumer, i was on pace for a 10 second pass friday, but i popped a headgasket in 3rd gear, still went 11.4, now that i have tf valve springs, and some real lifters, and arp bolts, and cometic headgaskets, im ready to double the boost, and get my 10 second time slip

Im hoping to go easy 11s with 12 psi on my combo... If its not in the 11s I will sell the stupid thing!

11 psi, with what? s/c or turbo?
intercooled?
