Im not sure if I pasted the link correctly, but I saw a 13" rear brake upgrade kit on Ebay it seems to me this would be more "bling" than performance, since most of a Mustangs braking takes place up front. Its on Ebay type in "Cobra brake kit" if the link doesnt work.

something isn't right there... Cobras don't have 13" rear brakes.. that is a great price though... Just not sure of the quality of the rotors and calipers

My thoughts exactly. Im upgrading my GT rears to Cobra 11.65" rotors but 13" I dont think so

That kit is a scam and its garbage. first off Cobra brakes are 13" in the front 11.65 in the rear. Secondly, it doesn't even include the mounting brackets for the calipers like the Ford OEM kit does that are mounted around the axles

stay away, its garbage. Like my dad always told me..you get what you pay for. Garbage in...Garbage out

its a knock off of the Baer 13" rear upgrade. Steeda also has one. I've heard a few bad stories of the kit and its fitment. Actually know a guy who is selling his because he didn't like it. And the optional calipers are just painted stock ones.

Yup, just a knock-off or unlabeled Baer 13" rear kit with stock calipers.


I'd rather just buy the Cobra 11.65" kit for $190

I dont know about this particular kit, but I will say that there is a BIG differance between the GT and Cobra when it comes to braking... I have had both and that is probably the single biggest thing I miss about my Cobra...

So do the upgrades. They are fairly cheap. $399 for the front and $190 for the rear
