i spun the entire time in 1st gear, so i'm hoping with some drag radials to hit 13.8 and with gears to hit 13.5. i was launching at 2000 rpm. 2.2-2.4 60' times, i think if i get my launch down i'll be good.

That's pretty similar to what I ran on my 1st time. Except I didn't have my Pro Chamber and there was a 30 mph head wind in our faces all day long. Plus my 60' times were just a slight bit better @ 2.1x. I know I need to practice my launching technique!

speaking from my own experiance i belive his trap speed is slower then what everyone thinks it should be because of his tire pressure...he only had 19psi in his stock tires...i ran a 14.2 at 95.9mph and i only had 20 to 25 psi of air in my stock tires...went back to the track left my tire pressure alone (set at 39psi) and picked up 2 mph on the big end (somthing like 98.4mph) sooooo yeah uhhh thats my thoughts on the subject

what tire pressure do most of you guys run at the track on street tires? i ran 41 psi (suggested psi) on my perelli's and only trapped at 98.9.. It was my first time tho, and i ran a 14.28.

if ur running the stock 17's, you should have about 34 in front at the track and 20-25 in back.

is it safe to drive with the tire pressure that low? (i have a 35 min drive back from the track) also that pressure isnt too low to risk being too close to flat is it? (im a noob w. the track tricks obviously) id have to refill the tires the next mourning.
